First she let's some weirdo social media influencer into the WH to make a bizarre video prancing around like a total moron and now she tells the press corps that no Americans are stranded in Afghanistan.  I suppose we shouldn't expect any more honesty or competence from the press office than we are seeing in the other Exec branches but this one sure was a doozy.  Hey Jen, we've seen the videos.  We've seen the text messages and emails from American citizens begging for help and contemplating suicide.  Who ya gonna believe, Baghdad Jen or your lying eyes?

I wonder just how much Dementia Joe is going to pay the Taliban to get the American citizens out and how many will be tortured and murdered.  If Dr. Jill, PhD....a doctor you know....wasn't so ambitious she would counsel the senile old fool to resign because he is clearly not remotely up to any task, including making his own breakfast.  Yes, Kamala will likewise be an incompetent disaster but at least she still has her mental faculties....warped as they are.

I don't know "Bagdad Jen" but it would seem the WH is going to lie about what is going on and stick to the lies they have told.  Fantasy land.  In the meantime, our CIA chief is over there having secret negotiations with the Taliban.  I wonder how much that is going to cost us.  Will it be cash or weapons?  Today Joe is meeting with the G7 and I imagine that they are going to have quite a bit to say to Joe about this whole fiasco.  

Meanwhile, Nancy is just focused on getting her social welfare bill approved.  Harris is getting ready to leave Singapore, but she isn't getting to work her agenda because she is on the hot seat about Afghanistan.  If I know the Singaporans - and I do, they haven't cut her any slack.

Joe needs to shed a tear or two at the G7 and according to Harris, he should receive all the kudos his psyche needs.   Wait till the Taliban produced videos start to roll that show the torture of held Americans.  The Banditos have us on our knees and although there is plenty of administration incompetence, ultimately there is no one to blame but every single Biden/Harris voter.  And our southern border remains wide open.  Catastrophic.

This is a play on the Iraqi spokesman who did pressers claiming there was no invasion while the bombs were falling on Baghdad.  They called him "Baghdad Bob" and now evertime a spokesperson, in this case Jen Psaki (WH Press Sec) is Baghdad Jen for stating something so blatantly and obviously false and delusional....i.e., no Americans are stranded in Afghanistan.

As for the head of the CIA negotiating on our behalf I find that very odd.  Isn't that the role of the SOS office?  The CIA should be spending their effort to spy on our enemies, not negotiate with the Taliban for the release of American citizens stranded in Afghanistan.  This just gets worse by the day.

First of all, the number of illegals trying to get into the U.S. is what is creating the crisis at the border.  CBP has neither the facilities nor the resources to take care of them before sending them back into Mexico.  You act like this isn't a crisis because they are caught.  Just having 2M show up on our border and overwhelming CBP is the crisis.  Second, CBP admits a certain percentage of them into the country....hence all the stories about busloads of them being dropped off in certain cities in TX and FL.  That number varies but at no time has been less than 5% and is usually more.  So that's at least 100,000 illegals that are intercepted and then released with a summons date that almost none of them show up to.  Third, while it is difficult to estimate the number that are not interdicted most estimates range from 55% to 85%.  If you take the mid point of that number that means that 30% of illegals do not get caught by CBP.  That's another 600,000 illegals that will get into the U.S. in 2021 if the 2M estimate holds true.  

So please stop acting like this isn't a crisis because it is.  And don't pretend that every illegal that is caught by CBP is turned away.  And don't ignore the hundreds of thousands that are never caught.  If this continues at its current pace for the 4 years of Biden's admin that will be almost 3M illegals entering the country....or a 30% increase from the numbers in January 2021 when he took office.  It has to stop.

Apparently if he types stupid crap enough we will either think he is Pedo Joe having another moment or that what is actually happening at the border is the same 5 people are apparently doing a little dance at the border - I put my right foot in, I take my right foot out, I put my left foot in and CBP tells me to take it back to mexico, I do the hokey pokey and as of now the group counts as 20 encounters, 5 apprehensions and 1 expulsion since the other 4 made a dash past the border patrol to hop on a bus to Florida.

What I don't get, other than someone suffering from TDS, is how you can view what is happening at the border as anything other than a crisis.  I mean, they tried to take Trump to the woodshed for putting illegals into the cages that Obama built and yet that is nothing compared to what is currently happening.  We needed detention facilities back when so few were crossing the border as the CBP data shows, but somehow with this tremendous spike in illegal attempts it is better?!?!?  They act like CBP is standing at the border and ordering people to turn around, which is not happening and could never happen.  Those they capture are transported, processed, released or sent back.  That takes manpower, facilities, transportation, food, etc. and time.  The cognitive dissonance of Biden supporters is sometimes unbelievable.

They literally think when we say there is a crisis at the border that we really mean we think all these people are getting into the country.  Obviously most of them are not......but many are.  The ones that slip through are not contributing to the crisis at the border, it's the ones that are caught and have to dealt with as they are returned or released.  I just shake my head in wonder at the gyrations these guys go through to ignore what is an objective reality with the facts staring them in the face.  Same is true with anyone that thinks what is going on in Afghanistan isn't a complete FUBAR.....even many in the liberal media and our allies understand what a horrendous mess this is.....all because they elected a senile old man who should spending his final years of mental decline enjoying time with his family and not occupying the Oval Office, admittedly for only a few hours a day before he puts a lid on it and heads to Camp David or back to Delaware.

I was watching her press conference today - I'll bet she was a real springbutt in school - she is answering the reporters questions before they are even out of their mouths.  I have come to the conflusion that this Administartion has a set of talking points that they will not deviate from.  I watched some of the talking heads this weekend and no matter what they were asked, they responded with their talking points which often had nothing to do with the question they were asked.  

It might amuse you to know that Biden led off his Afghanistan update today with a big thank you to Nancy for getting his social agenda amendment passed in the House.  He went on and on about how great it was going to be for "middle class families" when his social bill was passed.  Patting himself on the back again.  Then he moved onto his big success with the G7 and how he has them all on board and they are all in agreement about the 31 August deadline, even though they have all said publicly that they didn't agree.  By the time he got onto Afghanistan, he was just reiteriting numbers - and I think he is trying to lay the groundwork for us leaving a lot of our Afghan interpreters and workers behind.  No one thinks that they can get them all  out and the taliban is now not letting Afghan through no matter what paperwork they have.  He cited concerns about ISIS-K attacking our forces, but that is just an excuse.  

I think you asked why they sent the CIA Director.  He is a much more experienced diplomat than Blinken, and also he has access to Black program money that other departments don't have.  I see a couple of possible scenerios - one, that he wasn't authoirized to offer the Taliban enough money for them to fall off the 31 August deadline.  2/ that the money is on the table, and the Taliban doesn't want to fall off their position just yet - nor does Biden.  They could wait a few days, to make their point that they are briniging the US to its knees, and then capitulate so that Biden can look like the great negotiator.  If the truth is that he didn't manage to move the Taliban, then he can toss out ISIS-K "danger ot our people" excuse.  I think he has already accepted that they are going to abandon Afghan allies.

I retired on September 1st 2006.  I agreed with Colin Powell that the US was making a huge error invading Iraq.  I knew people involved with the fake intell that they used to convince GWB.  I was totally disgusted by the whole thing.  So once I left, I didn't pay a lot of attention to Bagdad or who was saying what, because I knew it was mostly lies and justification.  So no, I didn't know anything about Bagdad Bob or whomever.  I was also pretty caught up that last year in the mythical "ports" crisis created by Hilary and a few other senators.
