While it will be lost on them what is supremely ironic is the protest that 5 unelected justices could overturn "the law of the land" and "subvert the will of the people".  This is where a bit of history smacks them dead in the face.  For the first 185 years of this country the issue of abortion was decided on a state by state basis which is consistent with the Constitution and the concept of Federalism.  That all changed in 1973 when a majority of old white men (ya know....the kind of people leftists hate) undid all that by essentially ruling out of fabricated whole cloth a fake right to privacy that trampled the rights of states to decide on this issue. So contrary to what the left wing nuts are saying today it is Roe v Wade that trampled on the rights of people, not this ruling.  It does the exact opposite.

All this decision will do is to return to 185 years of precedence where states can decide what their abortion laws will be.  You know, the will of the people in each of the states as opposed to the will of unelected justices.  So this manufactured outrage drips with irony since what they are complaining about today is exactly what happened in 1973.  All that this ruling will do is allow states to decide based on the views of duly elected representatives.  Unfettered bortion will be legal in many states.  Other states will allow abortions with a variety of limitations.  Others will strictly limit abortion and some will outlaw it.  That my friends will be the will of the people....not a decision by judges.

Stacey Abrams will cry that we can't allow the voters to decide issues such as these, as the voting is rigged not in their particular favor.
