You are right about that. I guess you have to start somewhere. Now if we could get a leash law for subdivisions passed too........
It amazes me that some people that live in subdivisions want to act like they are living on 100 acres.
On second thought if they had enough sense to have 100 acres they wouldn't junk that up...
