For those who may be anxious or curious about gas prices on the lake with the current upswing in prices, I was pleasantly surprised to find the gas at Harbor Pointe to only be 10 cents higher than in town. Gas was 2.98 for 87 octane and 3.28 for 93 octane. I did not check other marina prices to compare, but it made for a better weekend not feeling like I was being gouged at the pump. Considering most pumps at the lake are full service vs. self serve, thought it was actually a pretty good deal. Have a great lake day !
