OK. The Christmas season snuck up on me. It is time to do some baking. I made some peanut brittle Sunday.

Time to get a tree and do some shopping. We plan to go light this year on the buying but I'm prepared to gain at least 5 pounds.

What is everyone else planning this Christmas season!

I'm cutting against the grain this year and gonna lose a few pounds during the Christmas Season and newyear holiday. I will be baking some of my famous cookies though but I won't eat any. In the forethought I want to wish everyone a merry Christma and happy newyear. Please pray for our leaders and for the safety of our troops. " No greater love hath a man than to give up his life for his brother". I hope I got that right.

Way ahead of ya; .already gained the 5 pounds and finished shopping last weekend. Now all I have to do is enjoy the season.......Oh oh, I see another 5 pounds on the way!
