Several years ago the profanity got out of control on the forum. At that time the forum was self policed, but some would not comply and use social decorum when posting. It came to head when someone started a thread that said "Can I say f#$^ here". As there are no age checks or restrictions, Bruce created the editing program. Now if you put any expletives within a post, and some other phrases or variances of members names, the editor catches it and sends you to the FBI Homepage. He could have just auto-deleted or cancelled the posts, but he chose to send you to the FBI. I personally think it was a nice touch.

If it happens to you, all you have to do is hit the back button and remove the offending word or phrase and hit post again. It gets me from time to time if I cut and paste jokes and such to the forum.
