I think they got it for around $280,000. I wonder what they are asking for it. It's sad to see so many businesses that have struggled due to the gas prices and the lack of water. We'll be down this weekend. Did you finish your boat house?

Finished my boat slip project yesterday. We are planning to be here for the weekrnd. The marina is not open, have no idea what the asking price is. Loking forward to seeing you this weekend.
