Looks like Alex City got roughly 2.5 inches of rain in March, with a 30-40% chance of more one day later this week. Anybody know for sure what "normal" is? I'm thinking we are an inch below normal.

According to weather.com, March is the wettest month of the year, and Alex City gets an average of 6.56 inches of rain in March.
So we're about four inches low for the month... and historically, this is the wettest month of the year. But remember that "historically" means what happened before; it can be a good indicator of what is to come, but by no means is anything definite.
