No comment from me as I wasn't in the court room to hear specifics...

wasn't this the one where the driver left accident scene and later turned himself in? was their proof of alcohol involved?

That article refers to another accident on another day on another LAKE than the one you are refering too. If you had read it, you would know the answers.

I read it very quickly and missed the Lake Jordan....boy you are a rude person. Chill out for heaven sakes.

Just don't have a lot of tolerance for idiotic questions. If you were interested enough to click the link and read it, fast or slow, I would think you would at the VERY least look for the answers to these questions that left such a burning desire to know that you come back here and try to find answers.

On another note, I know some of the principles in the accident that you refered too. There have been several versions of 'what happened' that night posted on here. Not one of them comes close to the whole story.

BUT FYI-- A couple of folks were charged with several charges each. They each pled guilty to the best of my recollection. All charges were misdemeanors. NO alcohol related charges were involved.

Actually, LTL, you are rude in this case. Nowhere in any of the postings did anyone say this was on Lake Martin. What difference does it make anyway?

Please try to conduct yourself in a less deleterious manner.

Good day.

RidgeRider was the one that inferred it was the same accident as the 'hit and run' that wasn't. I just told him he needs to read more carefully.

But I like that triple word score word there!!

lol

Just remember, to say someone else "inferred" is a dangerous position.

You may be right in this case, but, still a little heavy handed, at least in my humble opinion.

Are you two married? I have never seen people at each other throats more unless they are married.

We are all happily married, I'm sure.

he can say he's not rude all day long, but it's what my mama called ill-mannered and impolite.

but I've noticed he does it with tact and respect. Too bad there's not more of that around here.

.... calling folks names is REAL POLITE!!

BOO HOO.

Get a life. It's entertainment.

I described the tone of speech being used on the board, as rude and impolite. That's not calling anyone names. I see where you referred to certain questions as "idiot questions." I think that says it all.

I love idiots. They are fun to play with, especially when they try to act as intellectuals. I don't rember which post you are reffering too but if the shoe fits...................

...or when they invent words, such as "rember," or invent new spellings, such as "reffering."

Yeah, those people pretending to be intellectuals really are annoying. :-)

I detect a lot of anger in these posts.

Not from me. I am in a good mood today. A little bored, but the forum is always good to stop boredom.

And sorry there myth if I don't remeber to spell check sometimes, most times actually. But typos don't constitute 'making up new words'. I NEVER claimed to be a good speller, hell, not even a DECENT speller, and then along comes MS Word and took the worry right outta me. I do use the Google toolbar to check some posts, but not often. But bad spelling does not make an idiot, although most idiots probably do have bad spelling.
