Anybody got a good recommendation for a web-site that gives a CURRENT picture of our lake?? My GoogleEarth picture is from 2006, and skipped the drought completely.
Some posts from a few months ago, concerning controversial property development, included some very good actual blow-ups of bulldozers moving dirt. Current dirt.

There a several different companies that offer up to the minute sattelite views of about anywhere on the planet for sale, but I don't know any that offer them for free. If you find one can you post a link?

Judging from the lack of development in the Ridge area, I'd say that the images on this site have to be at least three years old, maybe even more. January/February 2005 at the latest.
