I finally did a post on waterfront sales for April 1 - June 30, 2008.
As always, I studied the MLS, so it does not include any FSBO sales or developer sales that did not go through the MLS. But I think it does give an accurate estimation of the market.
I am working on one for July 08, which is a little better...

thanks water watcher - FYI on this post where I reviewed 2007, I included sales data from 2006, you may find interesting. See the link below.
If you have any other suggestions, I am all ears. As a confirmed nerd, I love playing around with excel graphs, so would be glad to do any thing I can, just let me know.
