it will be postponed until after the election, then if he's elected he will get it buried. First time I've heard this, but you would think someone that had nothing to hide would have produced the documents and put it to rest.
Dems can say all they want about this being another slam at BO, but the entire 'body of suspicious items' is just too much for a lot of us to ignore.

Had been looking into this and this was all over their blogs when she was in the race. It is just interesting that he would not produce the original documents. Our founding fathers have to be given some credit for such great insight into the future.

I have to believe this was investigated by Hillary's lawyers during the primary and found to be baseless. Likewise, I think you need to give more credit to your own party that they too have investigated it and found it baseless.
I guess the one postive issue is if he were removed after winnng the presidency, an experienced Vice President Joe Biden would be able to step in immediately. Imagine, if it were Sarah Palin??

Quack, Quack. There may be a hundred legitimate reasons why people don't want to or shouldn't vote for BO, but this isn't one of them. If this story had any teeth at all, any one of a number of legitimate news sources would have investigaged it and aired it by now. Instead some guy on You Tube, whom no one has ever heard of interviews some lawyer who has filed this suit?
What news agency, print, TV, you name it, wouldn't love to have this scoop? It would have to be a pretty big conspiracy to keep this quiet because it would be the scoop of the century.
Snopes says these questions about BO's citizenship are all not true.
I believe that all candidates for president are thoroughly vetted to make sure that they meet the eligibilty requirements; and I'm sure they have to provide documentation to the very high priced law firm who does this screening.

Just another area that adds further question marks. I would agree that it seems odd that if there were teeth it would have been exposed. But on the flip side, he is running for President of the United States. Rather than produce the records and put it to bed, he is fighting the lawsuit so he does not have to produce the records. Seems very odd he would take this position. But he took odd positions supporting Rev Wright, Acorn (now a full blown FBI investigation underway), Willian Ayers, his ties to Fannie Mae, his position on a failed abortion, voting "present", not admitting the surge worked in Iraq, voting against funding the troops, on and on and on.

Well, I'm not sure that anyone would just produce records because some nut files a lawsuit. I know I wouldn't. According to Snopes (and I believe this lawyer mentions this) he did provide the records and then they were disputed. I think you just get to the point of "where does it end?"
I really don't think there is a vast liberal conspiracy. Back when the Clintons were in office, I didn't think there was a vast right wing conspiracy. Most of the time, it has more to do with the person making the accusation, rather than the target.
A lot of this stuff can be read any way you want to read it. And this isn't some liberal bias of mine -- I'd feel the same way if it were McCain. I think when you are candidate you are out there for any kind of wacko accusation anyone can throw at you, and if you spend all your time trying to counter them, you would lose sight of what you are trying to accomplish.

I thought he addressed almost all of these issues during the debate. You don't have to believe him, but he did provide answers.
I wonder if this is why more brilliant successful people don't run for public office. Because you will be literally picked to death on little issues. Why want to be put thought it.
I was listening to news radio and they were talking about how John McCain left his first wife afrer she was injured and took up with his current wife -- a millionaire's daughter before he was divorced. Interesting gossip, but does it really matter in context of the campaign? I don't think so.
