I picked today to do my Dec swim. With a high temperture of 55 degrees today, I figure it will be the warmest weekend day in Dec. Does any one know the current water temperture in the Sandy Creek area? I will probably hit the water during the halftime of todays SEC Championship game. This ole Dawg will be pulling for the Tide. How do you guys say it????? ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!!!!!

My depth recorder says 55 degrees. Not sure how accurate that is. Have a great time. Wish I could
join you but it's a little cool for me.

Seahunt.....thanks for the info on the water temperture. I'm going to get the chainsaw out this morning and do some cutting and burning so by the time I go for my swim, the water will feel great?????

Well, I just finished my Dec swim and let me tell you that the water was a lot colder than my Nov swim. Since I don't drink or do drugs, I might have to hire someone to do my Jan and Feb swims.

Water temp will not get any worse than it already is, so if you could handle it now you can handle it the next couple months.
