Yes, but if you read more on the subject you'll find that Charter is not going out of business and has cash coming in. Their debt load is too high. They will continue to operate and customers will see no interruption in the usual service. They may sell off some of their franchises like Time Warner.

I don't want them to go out they are my isp. I want them to improve service and maybe they can do that if they can screw the bond holders and share holders in an 11.

I can't imagine though where they will get DIP financing but they have significant cash flow. So maybe they can.

What is the Time Warner franchise that they could sell?
