With all of the comments about places near the lake, has anyone been to the Stagecoach. It is near the intersection of 49 and 34 in Dadeville. We have never tried it....has anyone else?

It has been a couple of years since we have eaten there since we are not on that side of the lake anymore. We always enjoyed it everytime we went, never had bad food or service.

We have gone to Judy's Stagecoach a bunch of times. Have always had excellent service and great food. Menu is varied - shrimp, catfish, steaks, chicken, burgers. Has a bar - you can get beer, wine, mixed drinks. The interior decorating is outdated and a little homey, but that doesn't bother us. It has a nice, comfortable feeling about it. All of the folks who work there are super nice.
I know the oyster bar is the hot spot, but let's not forget about Judy's.

We got takeout twice last week from Judy's. Taco Salad was fantastic, and two ribeyes, baked potato and salad were perfect. My mother loves the fried shrimp. Great place - great folks.

Hit that enter button to quick. I made my first trip to the LM Oyster Bar last night. Me and 2 friends ate 4 dozen oysters, 2 orders of the crab claws and 2 orders of the "peel and eat" shrimp, along with several adult beverages. I loved it. This is my kind of place. While there, I asked about the Stagecoach next door because, my wife and I have been here for 6+ years now and have never eaten there or heard much about it. It appears, from y'all's comments, I will have to give it a try. If I don't like it, I can always stumble next door for some raw oysters.
