Where is the most reasonable location on the lake to buy land. I have found some property in Dadeville that is pretty reasonable and has water frontage. Any other areas have deeded property on the water that is not a fortune, meaning over 75-100,000 for a lot?

Their office is almost next to Niffer's by the Blue Creek bridge just south of Dadeville.

They can advise you about anywhere on the lake you are interested in.

I'm not sure where I am interested in, that is why I was asking people that live on the lake already to give me an idea about their area. Realtors aren't supposed to say anything too specific about areas. Anyway thanks.

Hey Z71 Girl....

Just got off the phone with Judy....

She will give you any info you want.

They are not partial and will give you the true untold story.

I've been coming to this lake all my life and have been living here for over 15 years so I know the area pretty good.

The Kowaliga area is going to be more expensive but to be honest with you, I like this side of the lake better...speaking of the Still Waters side of the lake.

Give Judy a call.....it will never hurt to ask....plus....they will not hound you and are extremely informative.....

Cantact one of the Siggers @ Siggers Market 256-825-4478. They have 3 reasonably priced lots in Sandy Creek ( or at least he still had them a couple of months ago). All three already have seawalls and water meters installed. Sandy Creek is a GREAT area of the lake also. All three lots are at or below the price you mentioned, with improvements.

with any kjiund of water and good view and not impinged by neighbors...for that price...better grab it..if you wait til you are serious it willbe doubled maybe..

I've lived both sides...moved here to the SW side back in 85 as it got too crowded on the Kowaliga side even back then
