Most recent sale that I heard of this year was in the Parker Creek area and was five seventy five, and that was with a renovated Jim Walter home on it. Great location and level lot with over 300 ft. water frontage. Not many in that area come up for sale. Owner mentioned he might want to sell at a party, and it was taken immediately by someone from Atlanta. Good luck and if you find something grab it in a hurry.

There's one over on Company street in the Bama Park slough just went on the market. 700' water front $712,000 bux. Almost 360* water front. Livable house, now occupied by owner. Langston with Russell Lands has it.
