He walks the walk, and talks the talk.
Politically, I have a different view. But the story goes:
In high school, I worked with the Rockdale County Chamber of Commerce's involvement in the state of Georgia's STAY AND SEE GEORGIA campaign. In 1971, Lenox Square hosted all the counties in the mall area to set up booths to promote their tourism. Rockdale County has the Monastery of the Holy Spirit and that was our promotion.
A bunch of young gals, including myself, manned the booth. A reception was held at the Governor's Mansion at the end of the week. There was a receiving line. As I finally shook Rosalyn's hand, I remembered what my aunt had told me. When I got to Jimmy, I said, "My aunt worked on our family tree and found out we are cousins." (Probably 20+ times removed...but I yak alot, if you didn't know, so no qualms about talking with the Governor.) As I started to shake the next person's hand, there was a kiss on my cheek. I turned around and Governor Carter said, " I always kiss my cousins."
You Alabamians understand that, of course....just like us Jawjans. So, I have been kissed by a PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. No snide remarks, please....it is not ANYTHING like Bill and Monica.

Hey, Gal! I don't want to be kissed by Jimmy as I am male and all that, but I admire him FAR more than any President or ex-President. He truly walks the walk. By far the most moral President we have had. JMO, of course!

I was working my way through school driving a delivery truck hauling produce. Mostly collard greens out of south GA. I stopped at Americus one night tired and looking to sleep. Well the canopy was just a little bit lower than the truck I was driving. I hit it, at a very slow speed, but enough to cause quite the ruckus. It was where Jimmy Carter ( the WORST president in history) had his campaing headquarters. He wasn't there, but LOTS of black suits were...lol..
