Anyone can tell me rules for the new ban? Would like to know if i put throttle stops on the boat at 59 mph would that pass if I don't run but 59 will that pass? If I get a letter from Fountain saying that with a 27 pitch props on my boat will not run over 59 mph will that pass? If I get stopped what will the fine cost? What will the fine be (being on the tallapoosa river with a 27' plus boat or speeding ? Can I go from the RR to 280 ? I guess they will explain next year

In order to be in the Tallapoosa River and not the Lake Martin basin you must go several miles upstream from the RR or 280. The head waters of lake martin are at what is called the shoals, almost to Horshoe bend. I dont think you will be taking your fountain up there.

Good luck getting around the law, since it appears to have been written specifally for those type of boats.

what do you mean fine?

they lock you up. hold you for life without a trial, and sell your boat to drug runners.

all you have to do is cut about a foot off the bow of your boat. I am manufacturing a nose for such boats with a thumb attached that will act as a wind scoop.

this won't change the way your boat runs, will blow the skirts on any babes up around their necks, permit you to haul a$$ and get you under the length limit.

AND BEST OF ALL YOU WILL BE THUMBING YOUR NOSE AT THE NEW LAW AND ALL OF ITS SUPPORTS.
