Did it close? If so, when and why? That was one of my favorite restaurants! I loved that place. I am sure something else will open there due to the scenery, but I will miss that place if it indeed closed down.

Closed about a year ago.

Rumor was more Condos, but have not heard such in a while.

I had heard they would not renew the lease. Russell put their sign in the ground and parked boats out font by 280.

her lease ran out and they wouldn't renew it. It is going to be condo's, just like the other 'corner' there at the bidge. Man want that put some of you guys pantie's in a wad. Two more sets of condo's, how DARE them. I bet that will get lots of attention, yet not noe of the anti-condo groups has YET to say anything about the Manoy Creek development. Prove once again, they are a bunch of NIMBY's.
