WHOA! Who got the paving contract to put the world’s worst driving surfaces on Tallapoosa County roads? Have y’all driven the SR 49 piece between SR14 and the county line. What about SR 34 from StillWaters to US-280? Why don’t we just take a belt sander to our tires? Makes my fillings go loose… h3ll, I think my implant wiggles now!
Has the road commissioner not driven over those roads since they were ruined?

Driven over the 34 road. I have nothing against macadam roads.
I wonder if it is really finished? Seems the double yellow lines are misapplied. One side of the road is less wide than the other by just about the width of one stripe and the road between the stripes. And no broken lines to allow passing?

What don't you understand?? This is your tax dollars being spent iaw our President's stimulus bill, only a trillion or so .. Just 'not as shovel ready as we thought.'
