I hate to say it, but I hope not. We just started a sea wall on my dads lot, and we need 3 more days at 485.5 or below (but like I said in a previous post, that should insure a quick water rise; LOL). Heavy rains over Wedowee, with a few days of release, would be perfect.

Possible. By my calculations that would require 3,096,000,000 cubic feet of water in the next 15 hours, or 206,400,000 cubic feet per hour... (Volumetrics not considered.) Anyone know how many raindrops are in a cubic foot of water???

Not sure abou that, but the average number of squirts from a cow's udder needed to yield a gallon of milk is 345.

So, we can complain about the price of a gallon of gas but not the price of a gallon of milk. LOL

At 4:00 this morning it was at 484.49, at 6:00 it was at 484.66. That's a little over 2 inches in 2 hours. Maybe I'll get to use my wave runner lifts this year....................

I saw a whole 50' hardwood tree floating in the bay just past Kowaliga towards Reel Island on Sunday.

We made it! Martin was up to 486 ft elevation mean sea level by noon today! Hotdiggity Dawg!!! Keep in mind that 485 ft according to the Martin datum is equivalent to 486' msl. Cousin Brucie has used mean sea level (msl) for his lake level postings in error from the beginning. Nevertheless, don't worry, Be Happy!!!!!
