stocks have fallen 25%. If everyone remembers during the election cycle the market seemed to decline everytime Obama openned his mouth. Now that he has taken office and his message of "hope" can start to be realized, all he does is preach "fear". This may get his socialist programs passed with the liberal congress ... but it is doing nothing to build confidence with the american people or with wall street.
The stock market is telling him that his plans will not work and may make things worse. I think Obama feels this is a dream come true ... he can get his socialist agenda in place faster without any debate, all on the basis "I'm from the government and I am going to save the day".
My God, today his administration is talking about nationalizing all banks. You can't get more socialist than that. If he does that with the banks, is the auto industry or maybe the oil industry next??

Chill pal..
Lots of us old guys survived the Carter Administration, we will make it through this one ..
We need another Ronald Reagan. I hold a lot of hope for Michael Steele.. The guy is a conservative, has nads and makes sense..
GW is still my man for all the right ideas about keeping this Nation safe.. but we lost it after 8-10 years of executive and congressional advantage by ignoring conservative principles..
Will donate to the RNC generously again.. if we can get this train back on the track.
Keep the faith, and help out a deserving neighbor in need...
