I did not cut and paste, I clicked on the email link in the public notice and sent mine.

Did yours bounce again? As mine may have bounced and I may not know for several hours that it did bounce and the reason for the bounce.

Sometimes emails will bounce as the recipients email server is down etc. Check the reason for the bounce and ee if it states something like invalid email address or recipient not listed. Then you will know you have a bad email address.

There may be something wrong with the address. The (usacae) looks suspicious to me--US Army Corps of Engineers should read as usacoe it seems to me. Let me know if yours gets kicked back. Notice just said the delivery failed--no reason given.

I've tried twice and it got kicked back both times. It's got to either be a bad email address or they have it blocking all outside emails

got the right address. no kudos to the Corps for messing up the email address in their own press release. Oh well. It's corrected now on my post.
