I am up for it...just don't know if the boat ramp is up to it...we can try it, if we can't put in at the lake maybe another river boat ride is in order.
Have you stopped by Kowaliga ramp and checked it out lately?
Saturday morning I saw a 24" pontoon boat come out...and a couple of bass boats put in....but who knows what the water level will be by Saturday. Peace

i noticed last night on the way home that the heavy equipment has been moved over. I will stop tonight and see what kind of improvements they nade to the ramp. Alex city ramp is out of the question it is high and dry.

Thanks for the pics...with this rain and a little luck maybe the water level will hold about were it is now 475.8 through the weekend and we could get the boats in.
Sure will be interesting to walk on some new islands and check things out.
Maybe lunch at Sinclairs...
Anybody else interested, chevy4x4, catboat, mav, pp, computer guy, and anybody else that might want to come out this Saturday, NautiMinded do yall ever go to the lake?

So far, Sunday looks like the better day weather wise...that's when we're planning on going. As of late, there's not been anyone out on Saturday. More people run on Sunday.

Well I stopped at the kowliga ramp and it is still bieng repaired. they have it formed but still no concrete. Took some pics I will send them to you brf.
Looks like it will be a good ramp once it gets done. But, I dont know if it will be done by the weekend.

Right now they are working only on one side. the other is still usable for small boats. However the floating dock is high and dry.

Nope out of town again this weekend.
But Cat and I were thinking about the following weekend taking a little cruise down the lake in my pontoon boat to explore all the new land with squatter rights and putting up our flags claiming the land as ours -- Interested ?????
