Who was that, that predicted 485' by Monday? Looks like we're going to make it.

Given current discharges at Harris and Martin Dams, and 'Poosa flow levels at Wadley and New Site, my ole trusty slide rule says 485' (486' msl) by HIGH NOON ('...do not for sake me oh my darl'n...')

Still have my slide rule from school...have never had to replace the battery!

Arnold:

You need to check the batteries in that antiquated slider rule thing-a-ma-jig as they appear to be in need of replacement- LOL.

Or maybe just a little oil, here and there.

As the level was 484.93 as of 2:00pm, you were darn close.

And your next prediction is??

Now we've got a whole month to fill up the other 5 feet.

Where on the net is the 'near real time' gauge that you watch? It's interesting that wherever the APCo measurement is taken, it is quite different than on our creek. The measurement on this site indicated an overnight rise of just a half-inch or so, yet I know ours went up over two inches by my measuring stick. My boat is touching water in the back this morning. Thanks.
