You got the stud in the middle of your tongue and snipped in the back so that now it wags at both ends. What a great idea. Only problem is not you have to have " snap-on " mouth parts because the extra movement wears them out faster.

Part Timer got it right.
Implants. I was screwed yesterday. LOL LOL LOL
They pulled my tooth 6 months ago. Had to heal. The screw went in yesterday - sounded just like jack-hammering (had to make the bone whole bigger) and the cranking sound of a screwdriver and nail. Now, I wait 6 months again. The titanium screw has a cap...so when gum and bone are used to the screw, they take the cap off and eventually will screw a tooth in...to the tune of about $3,500. Thank goodness I took that part-time teaching job!!!!!!!
I cracked and broke my tooth on a crab cake last year. It wasn't supposed to have a shell in it.

D`am, you sound like my daughter in law,, she had the bone work done,now has to wait to see how the bone is absorbed into the jaw. She is also a school teacher, and is very high maintenance. LOL

I asked my surgeon - after the fact when I read up on it - if they came from CADAVERS? Well, some bone chips do. But mine came from a boivin....and I said, "Gee thanks. Just what else I need...Mad Cow Disease."
