So I've been watching the craziness with the Manhatten DA making up laws, manipulating a grand jury and generally acting like a dufus over this non-crime.  As we have now learned, the crux of the case rests on the testimony of one Michael Cohen, the convicted former lawyer of Mr. Trump.  Well, as it turns out his attorney wrote a letter to the FEC with the highlights below.....which exonerate Trump completely.  This is what Cohen's former lawyer showed the the grand jury as well as other information that destroyed what little credibility he had left....which was a minscule shred.

So the question is, was he lying then or is he lying now?  Or was he lying when he copped a plea?  Or does he just lie all the time?  We will never know for sure but I can assure you his often stated hatred for Trump makes him a questionable witness, his former convictions make him even more suspect and this letter makes it clear he is a liar when it suits him and this whole pile of bovine excrement needs to go away so we can focus on the litany of Brandon disasters.  But it probably won't because leftists do not care about the truth.

The letter to the Federal Election Commission indicates that Michael Cohen “used his own personal funds to facilitate a payment of $130,000” to porn star Stormy Daniels.

“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed Mr. Cohen for the payment directly or indirectly,” Cohen’s lawyer Stephen Ryan wrote in the Feb. 8, 2018 letter.

Now I am going to provide some faint praise for Goofy that he did not jump on this stupid process and tell us the walls are closing in, they've got him now.  Can't comment on the other left wing nuts I have on ignore but Goofy showed some restraint.  Of course we still have the GA grand jury but as we saw with the loony tunes juror that went on a media blitz that one is likewise more bovine excrement.

I would be curious whether the HELOC Cohen took out to get the $130K magically got paid off after the $130K "legal fees" were sent from Trump to Cohen.

Oh I have no doubt that Cohen billed Trump for the money he paid out.  Like I said, we will never know the truth because Cohen has changed his story so many times.  At least Trump has maintained from the outset that he never ordered this to happen.  Whether that is true or not is anyone's guess.  

But either way, if it happened the way it was described it would be at most be a misdemeanor in which case the statute of limitations has long expired...hence the weak, pathetic and legally dubious attempt to upgrade a clear misdemeanor to a felony....esecially by a DA that exlusively does the opposite.

In this country Trump is innocent until proven guilty. However, the man is facing  4 potential indictments. NY and Stormy,  NY and the use of inflated numbers when requesting a loan, the Georgia case, and the Classified document case. I wonder if he has dreams of sharing a  cell with Secret Service? He  and Santos are perfect together. And, to think he is  the leader of the Republican Party.
