Missed the lake this weekend, have some pictures to share for those interested, will be posting shortly, but wanted to share what I came home to....

Pulling into my drive after driving from Atlanta Airport home (after 23 hours of travel with no sleep) I noticed my garage door was bent. Found out our housesitters car was parked in the alley, and the neighbors son hit her car, knocking it into our garage door.

Sat on the granny porch (third floor balcony porch on my house) and watched the fireworks from red mountain....sitting there a bottle rocket came into the porch area. Other than scaring the poop out of us, no damage....lucky!

Woke up the next morning later than usual, while fixing coffee noticed some smoke out back, went out in the alley with 911 dialed....and heres what we saw, doubtful it was fireworks related but a terrible loss to our neighborhood and to the owner of the house.
