Not trying to start an argument. Just an observation. I welcome all visitors to the lake as long as they observe the "Golden Rule".

I have generally viewed lake users in three categories:

Weekenders do no own a place on the lake and drag their toys to the lake each time or take them out of storage.

Regulars who own a place (cabin or condo) on the lake and usually visit more weekends per year than not.

Full-timers live on the lake.

What other categories would you add?

#2-B- Regulars that would like to be fulltimers and sometimes act like it.
That would be me.

#1-A

I dont own a place on the lake and I do keep the boat in storage. However, I am there as many weekends throughout the year as not, and usually spend the entire weekend (lots of friends with weekend homes). I frequent Chucks for karaoke and pizza, the Dockside grill for lunch, and enjoy an occaisional dinner at Sinclair's. I dont think that that puts me in the same category as those who lug there boats to and from the lake 9 or 10 times per year--only in the summer.

irregulars - Those (like myself) that own a place on the Lake and are only able to make it there a couple of times a year. Well at least 1/2 a cabin since Ivan bingo'ed the other 1/2.
