It is official I have spring fever. Went down to our place in Stillwaters this last weekend hoping that it would subside my fever, it just made it worse. However, we had one place at SW for the last 5 years and just bought this place last summer, and we have decided we are going to sell it at the end of this summer and move to the Kowliga side of the water. So come November if anyone is look for a place let me know. Other than that, COME ON SUMMER!!!!

I would love to hear what is drawing you to the Kowaliga side of the Lake. ??? I am biased since I am already there. Sounds like you have a lot of experience on the Lake.

Yes I'm blonde and yes I'm a she...otherwise my husband would have a lot of questions to be answering to.
As far as what is drawing us over there, a small development of 12 houses in a quieter section of the lake that isn't as crowded. Guss I would be defeating the purpose of that bc more people the more crowded. So I guess that does it I have ruined it for you.

Well we wouldn't sell till November 2006, so it would be after this summer. It is in the Sunset Point section of Stillwaters it is only 2 years old, 2 bedroom 2 bath, living room with vaulted ceiling, dining area, kitchen. Tile floors in the kitchen and baths, low carpet in the rest. Porch off the living room and off the mastersuite, boat slip would be included and there is a pool. Range would be 370-390 most likely.
