Can't you just "feel" summer coming? The weather is a little warmer and I can almost smell summer around the corner. The grills heating up, the tangy scent of a fresh lime being squeezed into a blender full of margarita's, a spicy shirmp boil on the deck,...... OMGosh!!!!
It's almost time to get those blenders humming,....(just wish I could find a good one that would last more than one summer) ...and to get the coolers bleached out and freshened up.

Okay, back to reality dang it.
But I'm watching the water rise, and it is a bit exciting. The water has risen past the first two poles at the end of the deck. I walk out and check it each drive I make up there, which is every other day. The house is almost complete, and I am sooooooo ready for the first party!

I am even (sorta) ready for the sounds of those LOUD boats! ;-)

JOYRIDER, I am in search for a reason to go to the lake sometime in the next 2 or 3 weeks, how about you have a small party on your pier, and I will invite all my loud/gofast boat buddies to come and have adult bererages and to join me at your house? We promise to behave, and will stay outside on the pier! You name the date, and we will come.

I am SURE you wouldn't let things get out of hand, but sorry CAT,...we're not quite finished yet! We are sure to be finished by early April, just in time for summer, and hopefully by then I will have found the "perfect" blender!

You might just get a new blender as a house warming gift. Think positive since you have issued the hint.

Catboat maybe able to hook you up a 3 & 1/2 HP motor with a speciality tuned prop and a 55 Gallon barrel for that price. (LOL)

Yep,...this is exactly what I need!

I bet CAT could "rig" me up an industrial size blender! Wonder what size "tank" I would have to have for one of those "go fast motors" hooked to it? LOL Geeze,...could imagine the MESS!!!!! ha ha ha

I will be sure to let you know when the blender if humming!!!
