i have been advised that a corporation, run by an attorney, has made a decision to challenge the boat ban legislation in federal court.

the company has more than a passing interest in lake martin.

i am not at this point in time at liberty to divulge the name of that corporation.

Cat can't be a Lawyer. Remember he is a blonde. No offense intended jaws. Cat you can take offense. I have no respect for anyone who would sell PJs to questionable characters.

Now I understand the questionable character wants to model those special order PJ's by mooning all us on your great web site. Rumor has it that individual maybe in the photo business. I hope you place that sector of your web site under a secure password, and I do not do not want the password.

I think there should be a new amendment to the Boating Bill. No mooning though port holes.

In a manner of speaking or interpretaions. The Dept. of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs should be the applicable Federal Agency. You may pursue your question to their most capable agents Please use USPS postage paid transmittals to contact this agency. Return receipt would be advisable.

Generally the River Channels, through often forgotten and violated treaties, are open only to River Boat Gambling Casinos operated by Native Americans.

If your question involves the unlawfull transportaion of Illegal South American Slave Labor at less than U.S. minimum wage rates without payment of Social Security, Health Care Coverage, and applicable taxes then you may need to contact the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

I hope the above has been of assistance in answering you question(s) if you had one. It was rather difficult to ascertain in your post.

All of the above is not intended to make light of the Boating Bill "ban", but folks we have beat this to death on the Forum. "All Right All Ready." I do not begrudge the many post pro and con on the issue. They have been most educational to a lot of us. It is now the law. I would suggest there are other avenues that would justify your energy that possibly might have a better chance of changing things. Please - Please pursue those courses of action vs. complaining on this Forum.

Most of us would appreciate post that no longer debate the issue but simply updates any changes or further interpretaion of the law as it currently exist.

You should not hold a glass of water in front of a thirsty man and not let him drink.

I'll bet Jesse J. would love to support your efforts--send him a plane ticket and a briefcase full of cash and he'll be right down and he'll probably love to ride in that "Slidell boat".
