we are all wondering whether she's rising or not. Since the lake is up about 2/10 of a foot over three days with almost no rain, maybe she's rising. When do we really conclude its moving up rather than normal variation? When you float your hat when you jump off the dock?

No doubt the lake is on the way up......and here comes the rain! I predict a foot higher by the middle of next week and plan to put the pontoon back in the water a week from Saturday.

Going nowhere.

I thought with the rains yesterday and last night that water level would come up at least to 480' today.

The power guys are keeping it at 479.7'. Did someone forget to put their finger back in the hole?

This is like a good movie. . . . the suspence is killing me. I'm on the edge of my seat ! ! ! ! !

The link below will give a better idea of what the water level is doing. I've been following it for several years and it updates throughout the day. While lower than earlier this month, it does appear that, maybe, "the plug" has been inserted. No strong indication of today's rain on the chart yet.

The water levei is going to go down just as our National Debt is going to continue to spiral. The water is going to Iraq where it is most needed.

Sorry, I am in a foul mood from reading the last few day's reports in the Washinton Post as to how our disabled troops are being cast aside as cannon fodder.

Maybe my tears will help.

I'll put $100 on at least 5 feet of lake level in 30 days.
