I have finally found a way to beat them on the forum! If you download the Google ToolBar it comes with spell checker that you can use when filling in 'blanks' on the net. Works great on the forum. The toolbar is also a good popup blocker. It has caught a couple for me that got past Norton. It also puts the Google search engine always at your fingertips.

And no, I dont even own any Google stock, unfortunately.

Yep, been using it for awhile

.....but I sold about 80% of my stocks and stock mutual funds today (Google and everything else). My brother is a broker/ financial planner, and he is VERY worried about the stability of this market; even companies like Google....he is selling, and advised me to do the same.

Your Brother is a smart man.

We had best look at who owns our National Debt. When they (the foreign owners of our country) start having problems then we are in deep kudzu.
Who are they? Do any of us know?

Does anyone know what the current National Debt is and how much it is going up everyday. Who is holding the stock in our National Debt. Believe me it is not Savings Bonds.

I am speaking of National Debt and not what the politicans prefer to talk about the annual deficit.

Well another fall guy for the VA fiasco.

Maybe when I become a fulltimer on the Lake, I will stop reading the New York Times and Washington Post.

....best advice.... LEARN TO SPEAK CHINESE!!

They do hold a lot of our debt, and are the coming industrial an economic power. I read last year that they are planning to enter the US auto market with a mid-size car with an MSRP of about $6,000.00 Not a typo, 6k!

I expect them to be like Japan was in the 80's and 90's in the next couple of decades.
