Embarrassing moment? We went through best song, band, etc. Now what was your most embarrassing moment?

Mine was, I had tried to get a date with this beautiful girl and when I finally did we went to a nice place to eat and while cutting my steak I slid it off in my lap.

I met a pretty young thing at a party in Demopolis, Alabama when I was a senior in high school. I had set my eye on her, and I think she was receptive. I was a newbie in the town having just moved from Dothan.

Being a smarty pants, I started to critized the music play of the local radio station. She suddenly looked up and said "I will have you know my Father owns that radio station".

It was down hill from there.

Just one of many embarrassing moments in my book of life.

Probably not my most embarassing, but one that happened at the lake. Was coming in to dock at sinclair's from the north (usually approach from the south) in late July. Was following another boat and thinking the the wake bouys sure looked like they were moved. There were two about 100 yards apart and the boat ahead of me passed right through. As I got closer, I realized they were hazards and I was right on top of them. Before I could react, My prop was draging though rocks.

Fortuately there was no place to dock and I went around to the docks at kowiliga. We spent the afternoon sitting on the porch watching at least 8 more boats do the same thing. Everyone there was either laughing or shaking their heads. I kept my mouth shut!
