There appears to be a new cell tower in Stillwaters on the north side of Blue Creek just to the east of the big power company distribution lines.  Has any one else seen it--it is very, very annoying with its red lights on at night and strobe lights on in the day.  When did go up?  Any ideas as to how to complain about the lights?

I have heard from a local F16 pilot that Martin dam is a navigation point for area aviation.  Any structure above a certain height has to have aircraft warning lights so the likelyhood of getting them turned off probably not too good I rekon.

"Aircraft warning lights are high-intensity lighting devices that are attached to tall structures and are used as collision avoidance measures. Such devices make structures more visible to passing aircraft and are usually used at night, although they may be used during the day as well. These lights need to be of sufficient brightness in order to be visible for miles around the structure."

Federal law: Towers above 200 feet in elevation must have aircraft warning lights. Is the tower over 200 feet in height?
