Not this year.  484 is the new low winter target until every 5 years when it will drop to 482?  Some body will clarify but I believe it will 2022.

I just re-read the license approval in Dec 2015 and it says lake will be lowered to 481 every 6 years which means 2022.  Usual winter pool of 484’ wil be from 11/22 thru 2/28 each yr.
