And for my followup... had the chance to visit Red's Catfish place last Sunday and came away impressed with ................their hushpupies! It's a hike from Stillwaters, but generally worth it. I enjoyed the catfish, coleslaw, sweet tea and especially their hushpuppies. The fish was no better than Oskars in my opinion, but I would grade the puppies on par if not better than my dear sweet 84 year old mama's! Now that is some good........but we're not gonna tell her this! Thanks Island Camper for the tip.
