My first move after purchase was going straight to pier and jumping in with clothes on, only to get out of water and have seller come walking into yard to show me a few things about the house. He laughed, and so did I. Congratulations!

Congratulations to you and your wife! I grew up coming down to Lake Martin, camping until I was 12, then stayed with my parents until their house got too small for them, five kids and 14 grandkids. We bought our house 5 years ago and have never regretted it. We will have to bring you steaks to grill on a Sat night, that is what we do. Sit on the deck and enjoy the sunset while the grill is going.
