1st band just passed through from about 9:15 to 9:25. Lightning and thunder. Methinks there is more to come. And as luck would have it, I still have all my Dish channels except..... THE FREAKIN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP COLLEGE BASKETBALL GAME! Make you a deal.... you post basketball scores every 5 minutes or so and, I'll keep you up to date on the weather. Sheesh, this could drive a man back to Charter.

coming through. Heavy rain and rolling thunder. My Dish is still out of action. Was Watching the game on ESPN on the computer but, definately not the same as watching it on High Def. Going to bed. Will deal with Dish Network tomorrow. Oh did I tell you, Dish Network sux.

Had a few lips with Directv but never lost it for more than a few seconds.
Lots of wind, lightning and heavy rain but no real damage last night in the Eclectic area.

1.2" in Sandy Creek. Lots of thunder and lightening, not as much wind as predicted. Haven't heard of any damage.

i'm at the end of Old Susanna Road in Sandy Creek. was informed last night by a "full timer" that there is a tree on our roof. he also had a tree down in his yard. this morning, Dusty (Floyd's Tree Service) confirmed serious damage to our cabin ... yuk!

Sorry to hear that. The limbs kept pounding my roof, but a brief inspection the next morning did not show any damage. Had to remove one from my driveway.

Hey lamont..........thanks for the updates and sorry I missed your request on the games. I would not have been much help however, as I have Dish in Marietta and my signal went out with about 4:17 left in the game!! By then it was over any way so I just shut it all down cause of the lightening. Ot, sorry to hear about your tree trouble......I'll see what my place looks like this afternoon.........hope nothing major.
