If websites and Facebook pages can be believed, there aren't many restaurants on the lake who are open for Sunday dinner. Why is that? Seems like a potential payday is being wasted.

I think you will find that most visitors leave late Sunday afternoon to drive home.

All four are good and very convenient... IF you happen to live in the area that all four are located. For the rest of the lake, they're not convenient at all. (And yes, there is a lot of lake that isn't near Blue Creek, by water or car.) I remember the days when I was a visitor; we would often leave on Sundays, and that was the night we would eat out, because we were tired, there was no mess to clean up, etc. Now that I'm here full time, I wonder if some places remember that there are in fact full-timers on the lake, especially in the summer.

Harbor Docks is open until 8 pm on Sundays...ate there last night!

With no adult beverages sold in Tallapoosa County on Sundays, it isn't a surprise that it is tough to keep a decent restaurant open. Time to change the law.
