But she still wants us to believe her. I have been totally vindicated in my skepticism that she was telling the truth.  Turns out her stepson had it right, she is a liar and was just seeking her 15 minutes of fame. And Gloria Allred should be censored or better yet, disbarred for this stunt.   It was totally inconsistent with his behavior with these other young girls. This is going to be a big boost to Moore as all we are left with is his penchant for teenage girls over 30 years ago.  Should make it easier for the fence sitters to hold their noses and vote for him.

And Jones didn't do himself any favors with the racially insensitive ad and the push poll calls telling voters that their vote would be made public.  Talk about blowing a gift from the govt media and the liar and her scumbag lawyer. Good chance they will have successfully grasped defeat from the jaws of victory.  Of course time will tell as to whether Moore wins but if he does this goes into the same category as Hillary's loss to Trump.  A blown opportunity.

Msm is trying their hardest to spin this to look like it's not a positive for moore. I dont think they are succeeding. Most rational people can see that this woman is unbalanced and seeking attention.

I understand that she added the date and the location. The signature and words were verified as Moore's. I have no idea her motive or mental state, but that was Roy Moore who signed that book.

The "expert" said it was the same person that wrote it all, but who it was he had no way of knowing. Then she admitted to adding comments to the signature. So if the same person wrote it all, and the "victim" admits to writing some of it how is it that you can claim the judge signed it. TDS is a mental disorder. You should seek help.

Check your facts. A handwriting expert verified that it WAS Roy Moore's signature. Even Fox News corrected their erroneous story.

Has anyone investigated the motive of this woman or any of the others.  Why wait 40 years?  How much were the women paid?  Are the women dimokraps, or what?  Anyone can accuse...where is the verification?  Show it or shut up....that's my advice.  Signing a year book is hardly incriminating.

That's impossible. You can't verify signatures without exemplars (that's samples for you liberals) that are from the same time frame. The expert even came out and scolded Allred for distorting his report that it was all written by one person to mean it was Roy Moore that wrote it. You liberals know so  uh that just isn't so.

Your post is a perfect example of the insidious nature of the fake news and the inability to think critically.....or maybe more so the unwillingness to do so.  You state as a simple matter of fact that the signature has been determined to be Moore's.  And who exactly is the source of this claim?  None other than the known liar Gloria Allred and her client.....you know the very same people who originally claimed the entire thing was written by Moore.  Recall how damning that evidence originally was and the long list of people that abandined Moore as a result.  The year, the name of the restaurant, his very unique "D.A" after his name.  Open and shut case......he sexually assaulted her for sure, right?  I mean he lied that he didn't even know her so he must be lying about everything, right?  Except as of right now the only documented liars are Gloria Allred and her client.....you know, the ones you are wiling to believe despite their proven lies.

And who was the handwriting expert?  What are his credentials?  What are his lines of evidence?  Well no one knows because the known liars Allred and her client have conveniently not identified their expert.  I refer you to an interesting article in the Washington Post where they contacted an FBI handwriting expert and he could not confirm it was Moore's signature.  Spent a lot of time talking about how people's handwriting changes over time, how he would neeed to study the original for ink type, pen type, age of the ink, etc.  None of which will happen before the special election (even though there was plenty of time).....because of course the known liars Allred and her client refuse to release the yearbook.  If you could think critically and be intellectually honest you would wonder why.  I know I do.

If someone were intellectually honest, and you may well be, they would be very suspicious of the veracity of these claims.  And they would consider that this allegation is at odds with Moore's behavior with all the other women.  And they would consider the original lie told about the signature.  And they would consider the refusal to release the yearbook.  And they would consider the refusal to identify the handwriting expert.  And they might look at all the evidence and say, "He may or may not have signed the yearbook but there is a reasonable weight of evidence that he did not.  And even if he did sign the yearbook it is not evidence of sexual assault.  It is evidence that he lied about knowing her, or maybe he doesn't remember her from 40 years ago or whatever.  But this claim, of which there are lots of questions may in fact be false."  If you were not good at critical thinking or intellectually honest you would simply repeat the claim that the signature has been verified as a fact because you desparately want it to be true.......even though it proves nothing about a sexual assault claim.

In my view a reasonable person could refuse to vote for Moore based on his creepy behavior 30-40 years ago.  As I have stated many times I think that's a mistake because you are rewarding the media and their lacky's in the Democrat party for their "the end justifies the means" approach to politics.  But a reasonable person would view this claim by the liar Allred and her client as highly suspicious, if not outright false.  Heck, even her stepson has called her a liar in a video and she certainly had an axe to grind with Judge Moore after she lost custody of her kids.  But those partisans that lack critical thinking and intellectual honesty will repeat your claim as if it is a proven fact not subject to debate, which of course is not the case.  Not even close.

I think the year book accuser is the least credible of all the accusers.  That someone signed your yearbook is not really a testement to anything - I have a yearbook that a lot of people signed and I wasn't involved with any of them.

But the woman who was a 14 year old and had a somewhat sexual encounter with Moore, I think has more credibility.

The thing is this - the timing makes this look like more "me too", which may or may not be the case.

At the end of the day, it's not going to matter in this election.

I normally try to stay out of politics but after seeing what the democrats have done to our country and what they plan on doing in the future, there is no way that I will not vote against Jones.  There may be far better persons for this seat but Moore is the only choice we have at this time to oppose the democrat agenda.  I only hope everyone can put aside their differences with Moore and focus on the larger picture.  In my humble opinion the future of our great country is in peril if we lose this seat and others next year.  I agree with MM that I see nothing that has been proven, only accusations.  A lot of people will forgive major criminals after many years but come on, holding people to a standard that is not proven forty years ago is a stretch.

The 14 year old has some credibility issues also. It would have been possible, but not feasible for Moore to have had dates with her in the time frame she claims. Also, the supposed meeting place where she said she hooked up with Moore was not "just around the corner" from her mother's house, as she claimed, but was in fact over a mile down a major highway. The sort of detail that might become faded in a person's mind when she fabricated a story 40 years later.

There is no way Jones would be even close to Moore absent these accusations. As you yourself admitted, they are a deal killer.  And you are not alone.  It will be a shame if Jones wins over this dishonesty and partisanship of the media.

I have never liked Moore.  Probably never will.  I do not know about his accusers, and their accuracy.

I have never liked Bill Clinton.  Probably never will.  He paid settlements to some of his accusers, and others were raked across the coals by At&T (always tell truth) hillary clinton.

Don't particulary care for Al Franken, as a comedian or politician (sorry to be redundant).  There are pictues of some of his "not all they say is true"

Don't know Conyers (or any of the other countless Dems and GOPs) who have used my and your taxpayers dollars to keep ladies (and men) quiet.

The best I can do on December 12 and the little town of Equality, Alabama is vote for the Supreme Court, straight GOP ticket.

Maybe ALL above will be brought to justice (Hey, let's have a few law suits on all of this) and Gov Ivey can appoint a decent Senator to serve what I still think is the great State of Alabama.

The End.

Supposedly, he picked her up in his car on a corner.  According to his Minister, this is just fine even if he dated a 14 year old   because there were a lot of 14 year olds getting married in the 70s, here in AL... Really?  I'm sure there were some, but I don't think it was mainstream.  This was actually laughable.

I don't care what he did 40 years ago.  As I previously said, if something was done 40 years ago, it should have been reported and criminal charges brought.  My 1973 yearbook was signed by teachers and a lot of classmates that I was not on intimate terms with.

All I can say with authoirity is that I will be very glad at tomorrow evening at 7pm and the polls close.  No more robo calls, no more TV commercials.  What will be, will be.

Amen to the robocalls/ads going away - I did not get this many calls from when Trump was running for office.

I get probably 10 poll calls a day and will be glad when I am just back down to the wireless home security system and auto warrenty extension calls.

You mean you don't hear about your Google listing and Jennifer from card services never calls?  These people call me twice a day every day, which is why I no longer answer my land line.

Wow, Had forgotten about Jennifer at card services, have not had one in a few weeks after I pressed 1 to talk to someone and handed the phone to a friend at work who speaks Hindi - they kept asking about his info and after getting somewhat frustrated with the language gap my friend told the rep to go drown herself in a bucket, I am hoping that took me off their list since asking to be removed dont work.
