JAW, sorry to disagree, all speculation, nobody knows what went on in that plane. I think it`s a shame that Hollywood makes money off a tragedy like that.

I am sure some of it is like that. But they can piecemeal the telelphone converstions to their loved ones in chronological order to get an idea....but this particular story included the air traffice controllers' frustration.
I talked with babygirl and she said that she read the Lisa Beamer book, and gave detailed info about Todd Beamer's conversation with her during that time. So, if she can write a book and give details, I am sure they spoke with the families and got as much info they could and developed a storyline. This particular movie showed them all talking on the phones to loved ones. The A&E only had a few people talking, but it was in DETAIL.
The ironic juxtaposition was the terrorists saying prayers to Allah while the passengers were saying the Lord's Prayer at the same time.
Jim - how are you doing these days? I guess you didn't need me?

is Let's Roll. Lisa stated "We all have the choice to look at the things we've lost or to look at the things we have, to become bitter or to become better, to live in fear or to live in hope. I've chosen to live in hope, not because I'm a strong person but because of the heavenly, eternal perspective that God has given me". This book is awesome!! From what I heard about the movie, it didn't tell the real story. God bless the families of the victims and give them strength. Enough said. This Forum can argue and/or stir up the most unimportant things!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I am guilty of stirring the pudding but reality has to sink in at some point.

I think I will read that book next.
I know. I thought the movie left something out...but most people in the audience where I went were stunned, it seemed, afterwards. But I had been reading up on it in TIME magazine, the A&E version, etc. So, I wasn't quite as shocked.
And like Jim said....how much do we really know? Especially when the terrorists put on their red headdress...but the A&E movie had them doing that, too. I guess they were getting ready to meet their maker, and it might be a part of their ritual. Does anyone know?
