Does anyone know of any open wakeboarding competitions that are happening on Lake Martin in 2007? I am specifically looking for late teen-aged kids contests. Beginning level competitors.

If you do know of one please let me know how to contact the contest managers for information.

If you don't know of any, I wonder how many people would be interested in putting one together for the kids (or adults)?

Check with Anchor Bay. They usually have one everyyear around Childrens Harbor.

I have a 16 year old beginner that would be interested in getting one started. Finding a good boat has been our problem. We currently wake board behind my bass boat.

We chose to put an aftermarket wakeboard tower on our boat. In fact, AnchorBayDon and crew installed it two summers ago. It is called a Monster Tower and fits many boats. It was much cheaper than a Wakeboard boat new or used.
