...I have a deep water point lot that's seen a bit of erosion. It gets rough there if the lake is busy. What's the best type of seawall and dock for me? Recommendations on who is best to do it??

Several questions need to be answered. Will the dock have water year round? If yes, then talk to Lake Martin Dock Co. If no, then you options go way up. I'm sure you know that the lake starts going back up around 2/15 so your time is limited this year. Seawalls are pretty much a matter of terrain and preference. Plenty money, go poured concrete. Rough water, may look at rip rap--ugly but it stays in place. Something new is stacked large quarry stones along bank--very expensive, but looks neat.

We just had a lot of dock work done by Deep Water Docks. Donald is the guy's name and he did what he said, at the price he said (better actually), and the quality is excellent. He added both permanent and floating dock space to our existing dock.

As Osms stated, there are a lot of questions and possibilities. I am not one to shrimp on dollars when it comes to value or as JIM might say __------.
Oh well, I went with a well constructed wooden seawall witht rip-rap in front as required by APCO. I am in a back-waters area and do not get a tremendous amount of traffic or boat action. Therefore, I went with what will give me the most natural appearnce for my lot and will last me my lifetime and probabaly that of the next owner.
I am not in deep water which adds cost (deep water) since you are not just discussing lengh in feet but multiplied several times over by the depth. Ride around and see what appeals to you, and what you think will look best for your lot. A seawall is significant in curb appeal since your front yard is the Lake. Then discuss with contractors and go with what is within your budget plus some and then some.
So, there is not always one right answer for everyone and every lot.
