Dear friends of lake martin I posted a response in tribute to my late father Gene Woters. All that loved and knew Gene mourn. Even the people that post notes on this bulletin board. Once again thank you and may god bless us all.. When ,or make that do the dogwoods bloom, when they do let me know because I've spent to many years living life here in SW Ohio wher home has always been in Alabama.. If sopme want to tell me to go jump in to the lake I'll wait til levels meet my needs.

Heck some of you might of even known Gene as we lived in Alabama from late 50's to late 60's Gene background was insurance with Walter Stead insurance in Birmingham.. If per chance anyone knew Gene you knew he kept good company. peace. Gene Wolters 1931-2007 rip.

Hi Geno, Sorry to hear about your loss. It sounds like you are home sick for Alabama. You are about retirement age. Do you plan on retiring back to Alabama? There are many great advantages to consider. What about it? Might want to give it some strong consideration. Is your spouse holding you to Ohio or what? She could be right since Ohio is also a great State.

Feb. I not about to retire in that sense. Retire to Alabama, surely, but for now I am still in the field, single and obligated to my mother for a while but Alabama and me weir meant to be. I my look for employment, I know enjoyment as for work, women, and life alabama's the place. I'll look back and within a year I had both my worst day, and better dy as I enjoyed my birthday back on 18 feb., last year at the lake. As Arnold says' I'll be back.. And a southern belle to boot would be fine. Geno
