The sign says 20 with some being absolute.

If you go to www.roebuckauctions.com you can see what is being auctioned. Apparently at least 5 of the 20 condos are being auctioned "absolute" with no minimum bid required. The auction is July 7th. It sounds like a developer is over his head.

There are some 350 condos for sale at Lake Martin. A grand total of 5 sold during the first six months of 2007. All of the developers are in trouble--or their financial partners are!! Hope the banks wake up and stop all the planned projects. Talking about a GLUT.

Thanks everyone! I wonder what happens when you buy a pre-sale condo and the developer folds. I guess this would not happen in Harbor Point as it appears to be complete. Regardless, I would take a small deeded cabin any day if I could find one!
