I agree, good article. I amazes me that Georgia and especially Atlanta, are just now noticing that they are growing at an unprecidented rate and might need more water resources.

I`am surprised that Alabama still has no water restrictions, no that is dumb. Ga. has dad restrictions for years.

I agree Jim. The only restrictions I have ever seen were local and normally that meant that some areas were trying to conserve while others were unrestricted. I've never heard of any state wide concerns until now. But, if we are going to get them now is the time for implimenting a plan because politics are running wild.

Speaking of which................., some folks are all ready to jump AC officials for not having a plan while defending officials in our own back yard for not having a plan to keep our water clean and have been flagrantly ignoring problems for fifteen years. Lets give them a chance also.
