There was Saturday... Beware. We hit something at plane speed that couldn't be seen on the surface. No damage done that I am aware of as of now, and we were lucky. It felt as if we were actually lifted a little out of the water.... Did I mention how lucky we were? I seen the "trunk" or whatever it was in our prop wash.... No signs of damage props, and I will inspect hull this weekend...

Were you in the Blue Creek area just past where the Power Line crosses the small neck in the lake when this happened? Thought I heard someone power down really fast just past my place last weekend. Seems they took a minute to look things over and then moved on.

Sure do..........good man, always working on something. He lives on the west side of Power Point, as you know, and I'm back on the east side, also known as the poor side of the tracks! Where did he build for you? Stop by sometime..........4th dock (not house)after you pass the point going toward Blue Creek Marina.

You'd just be at the end of a long list of people who do that thru the narrows! Sometimes standing on my floater when it's rocking and rolling, makes me think I'm back in the USNavy in the North Atlantic.........

We spent several hours out Saturday. Several near misses and one hit. Luckily no damage done. Large tree w/branches floating close to the rock. Nearly hit 6' long 4x4 between bridge and Ridge Marina. Mostly small boards and limbs in Blue Creek area. Not as bad as it was a couple of weeks ago. Water color is great for this time of year, except for the pollen. Yuk!

Just missed hitting an entire telephone pole close to Chimney Rock yesterday. No doubt it would have taken both drives off my boat and luckly I saw it. So I tried to contact Marine Policy to see what they suggested I do. No answer. So I tied it off and slowly moved it over to a slew by everyone's favorite place, Karis Park or whatever that development is over that way and tucked it up neatly by the shore.

Nope, in Kowaliga bay just to the west of the power lines with orange balls on them (kust west of sailing club)...
